Jay Rothlein, Attorney-at-Law, maintains his practice in the landmark clock tower at the corner of Lincoln Road and Washington Ave. in world famous South Beach (Miami Beach) just a few blocks from the ocean and the glitz of Ocean Drive.  The location offers proximity to the new Convention Center, Performing Arts Center, Jackie Gleason Theater, City Hall, dining and shopping and is on many major bus routes, as well as the free Miami Beach Trolley.

DIRECTIONS:

If you are already on Miami Beach, it’s simple:  You probably are familiar with the clock at the top of the building on the NW corner of Lincoln Road and Washington Ave.  If not, you can access the building from Washington Ave., which runs from First Street to Dade Boulevard.  Lincoln Road has no vehicular traffic and runs parallel to the streets between 16th and 17th Streets, so you can take either of those to Washington Ave.

From the West: take State Road 836 East, which becomes Interstate 395 (also known as the MacArthur Causeway) when you cross I-95. Continue east on 395 (MacArthur Causeway) across Biscayne Bay and past the port of Miami on your right and Palm, Hibiscus and Star Islands on your left, before reaching the Miami Beach mainland. Keep to your left as you go over the bridge and follow the sign for Alton Road North (left lane overpass). Continue north on Alton Road to 17th Street and turn right.  Washington Ave. is eight blocks away and you will see the tall building with the clock on your right as you approach.  There are several municipal parking facilities nearby.

From the North: Head south on I-95 or US-1 (Biscayne Boulevard) until reaching Interstate 195 eastbound (the Julia Tuttle Causeway) and take Alton Road south to 17th Street and turn left. Washington Ave. is eight blocks away and you will see the tall building with the clock on your right as you approach Washington Avenue.  There are several municipal parking facilities nearby.

From the South: Head north on US-1, 826 (the Palmetto Expressway) or the Turnpike until reaching SR-836 or I-395 eastbound. Please refer to “From the West” directions from that point.
